Been sick for a week. Went in for an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment. No wait time - which was awesome. Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. Had my diagnosis and scrip within 30 minutes and got to get on with my day. I will absolutely come here again.

Love this facility they always go above and beyond for my kids well being they explain everything very well definitely recommend making appointment ahead time overall this is my go to urgent care

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

I love how everything went smoothly! I was also made aware of everything that was happening and why, which I loved and appreciated. Honestly 10/10!

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

They didnt provide discharge paper work or information

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
