Everything was good except the wait time. Took about 50 minutes to be seen and I was sent to this location since the usual one was out of service at the time. I had an appointment and usually it’s quick, but not this time.

We had a great experience at this urgent care for kids. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and very welcoming. The front desk made check-in easy, and we were seen quick.   Would definitely recommend this provider.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.
