I was a patient on 1-8-20. If I'm sick this is where I go. The service is great from the time of arivial tell time of discharge. Dr. Jose Rodriguez is Fantastic. He explains everything to your Understanding. He gets a 10.

I scheduled an appointment with the TriHealth Priority Care in Mason on 1/20/2020. Everyone was courteous and thoughtful, from the registration desk, to the nurse, to the doctor, Dr. Waller. They answered all my questions and I was prescribed some meds for my asthma issue. I truly appreciate that I could get in to see a doctor on short notice, as I couldn't get in to see my pcp for a week. I recommend this location, the staff and Dr. Waller. Thank you!

I had to wait a couple hours but its flu season so thats understandable. Staff was very caring and professional.

We went in for Covid tests. Had to call ahead and make appt. They got us in soon after our appt time. The staff were all friendlt, and Mosley, the young man who took our nose swabs, was very gentle and professional. We did have issue with their lab calling with results, but called back to the main number and spoke with Brittany, who was busy but took the extra time to look on the lab computer and give us our results. Very pleased with the services overall.
