Overall experience went very well. PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. Made the appointment...showed up and no one was there. Tried to call the local number but it was disconnected...there was no answer on the general number. Eventually a nurse showed up and explained that there were no physicians in the office....and the visit would be virtual...I was never told this when I made the appointment....this experience wasn't great. The Doctor was fine...did the exam with an iPad and the help of the nurse.
