I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. Began day with blood in urine. Went to urgent care without an appointment. Waited 1/2 hour (reasonable) Nurse took vitals and urine specimen Dr. arrived shortly ordered kidney and bladder ultrasound. Waited 20 min. (reasonable they were sanitizing the waiting area). Saw Dr. with ultrasound report about 10 minutes after the test. That's how medicine should be practiced.
