We did a walk-in. We were greeted and they checked to make sure they had the vaccine we were requesting. Wait time was around ten minutes. They checked our insurance coverage so we wouldn’t be broadsided. Brian was very good explaining side effects of the shot and the shots were administered by a very efficient young lady. This was a pleasant visit

I’ve unfortunately had to take all 3 of my kids including an infant here this cold season, which has barely started! The doctors are always amazing. Office staff is kind. The nurses always get my twin preschoolers to laugh. A huge thank you to both Dr Friedman and Dr he, who have managed to get my preschoolers over their fear of checking their ears! Thank you so much. Through croup, RSV, paraflu, pink eyes, and ear infections… you’re always awesome. Thank you!

I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.

I brought my daughter in because she hurt her finger playing basketball. Our insurance card said we weren’t covered. After trying to reach the insurance company we left. I get a phone call saying they will see us regardless. I have never had anyone do something like that. It was unbelievable. Thank you NOEL, LOI, and DELORES for taking care of us. That was unbelievable.
