Had a sore throat the night before and walked in and was seen within 15 minutes! Check in staff was friendly and very helpful! The nurse checking vitals was great and very effecient!! I will never come back. Tara the person that saw me did not know what meds could be prescribed. I came in w a mouth ulcer and she told me that naltrexone would not work also I asked for a cream and she said there wasn’t any kind of cream.   I went to my primary. She gave me valtrex and a cream for my tongue.  She gave me something Tara that my ENT had given me  maybe you should hire someone w the correct credentials to work in your urgent care. Someone that is knowlegable to all different types of medical problems. I wasted 35$ to see an unqualified person.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.  Appreciate there are still remaining people working in the medical field who very much care and feel blessed to have their jobs.  Thank you will be recommending this facility and will return in need!
