          I made an appointment on Solve (very easy) for an earache and scratchy throat. The aide that greeted me as I walked in was so very kind and helpful. After only being in the actual room for a couple minutes the Dr came in and was wonderfully knowledgeable. She diagnosed my ear situation promptly.           When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!
