Had to come in for a time sensitive issue. Dr. Gabriel was fantastic, helpful, and professional. Office was clean and functional. I was out in 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

I scheduled for a 2:30 appointment. Waited 40 minutes to be seen by nurse. And another 1/2 hour to meet with the doctor. Why bother to schedule then?

Today I needed to see a doctor,  and it was easy to make an appointment the same day. When I arrived the check-in was quick . The medical staff were friendly and caring . The doctor  was excellent, very professional, she explained to me what I had, gave me information, and she answered  all my questions. I’m very happy with the doctor‘s care. Absolutely, I will recommend this provider.

Staff was courteous, the waiting areas were organized, clean, and surprisingly quiet. I love that they offer Xrays and orthopedic items if needed.

The entire experience was excellent and the kind of service that I am accustomed to receiving from summit health! I was able to make an appointment and reschedule! A young man checked us in and the young lady also working were both kind, friendly and patient. Leslie the nurse had a great disposition and made my son feel very comfortable. She had a great disposition and knowledgeable. Carly Zingon NP was very thorough and really took the tilme to gather information and understand my sons symptoms. And because the radiology dept. was closed she sent up to New Rochelle and made sure they were expecting us! The staff there were efficient and excellent as well, including the radiology dept.  Before we arrived home Carly called us snd took the time to provide the results, guidance, support and advice!

Even though I had an appointment had to wait 45 minutes before seen. The doctor very nice and very thorough.

First time my husband and I came here. Everyone there was helpfully and fast. We would recommend this urgent care. Thant u again

This is my favorite urgent care and my absolute go to place to get care!! The entire staff including the nurses, receptionists, and front desk workers are beyond friendly, nice, and caring. They work thoroughly and explain very well. I am a young adult and find each movie themed room to be very cute and rather comforting. Can only imagine that kids love this place! And they have a tv on and each room for kids to watch while they wait for the doctor ( not that the wait time is long once you’ve gotten brought back by a nurse). Also with covid and the new variant, I will admit it’s a bit hectic/ busy, but that is as expected. And I’ve still been able to make an appointment online and get seen right on time and left within an hour, which is exceptional! Anywhere else I’d go, I’d be waiting hours upon hours and booking online makes it quick, easy, efficient. PM pediatrics allows me to feel at ease and very safe in their care. I highly highly recommend PM pediatrics. Also a bonus is that they take patients up until they turn 27, which is great! Although, I wish they could take me longer because I love it there!! I’ve been to this urgent care about 4 times since September of this year (it’s now December), being that I work at a daycare and germs & exposure get around pretty quickly. Also seemingly very cleanly, even with it being busier with covid. Also my doctors have let me stay until I felt safe enough to go home and talked me through my concerns and at home care plan & if anything were to go wrong or I continue to not feel well. Thank you, PM Pediatrics!!! So greatful to you guys!
