I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. This DOCS location saved me from having to wait for days for an appointment elsewhere. I was quickly diagnosed with strep, prescribed an antibiotic and I’m now on the road to recovery. Fantastic!! One suggestion- the chairs in the waiting room should be cleaned. I didn’t even want to sit in them!

Began day with blood in urine. Went to urgent care without an appointment. Waited 1/2 hour (reasonable) Nurse took vitals and urine specimen Dr. arrived shortly ordered kidney and bladder ultrasound. Waited 20 min. (reasonable they were sanitizing the waiting area). Saw Dr. with ultrasound report about 10 minutes after the test. That's how medicine should be practiced.
