I woke up today feeling terrible and decided to come to this urgent for the first time. The staff was amazing and friendly I would definitely go back. Well hopefully I don’t get sick but this will be the first place I go.

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

Everyone on the team was wonderful. I’d had an unhappy visit before, but this doctor — I can’t remember his name — was fantastic. He relieved the pain I came in with, and I truly appreciate his care.

Dr. Unger is great and I will continue to keep coming back to see her here at DOCS Medical. Her staff there is also great. I would recommend DOCS Medical to everyone who needs to see someone when you’re sick.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Entire staff was caring, and Hague explained everything to me clearly very happy with service.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

front desk reception was friendly. did a great job. Nurse practitioner Livingston was nice and helped me with my concern.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
