I never saw a doctor.  Wait time too long. Floors were dirty.  I know it’s a busy time of year, but more staff needed.  I was kept in a small room and no one kept me updated about process and wait time. 2 1/2 hours without adequate communication.   Would not recommend

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

I easily scheduled an appt online for a physical that was required for a new job. The entire staff was terrific. They were friendly, efficient and were able to answer any questions I had.  The appt. took longer than I expected, however, the staff kept checking in so it didn’t feel as long as it was. I would definitely go back to this clinic in the future if I needed a service they provided!
