Made an appointment that the office said you can not make online. Showed them my scheduled appointment and was told that’s solv. & solv. means nothing. Also, I am a previous patient but yet told I still had to register and sign a consent for care. If all that is needed is consent it should be a firm that I can sign and the front desk can scan into the system. I did not feel well and it was the last thing I wanted to do!!
