Sylwia and Roxanne are wonderful. These ladies are so nice and professional and really assisted my husband when he cut his hand and needed stitches recently. Roxanne made sure all paperwork was handle in a prompt manner and Sylwia was so patient in dealing with my husband's 10000 questions and concerns. The PA who treated him was very professional the stitches came out wonderful with minimal scarring. We would recommend the staff of Centers Urgent Care to everyone.

Today was the first time I ever went to CityMD Urgent care. Vanessa at the front desk was friendly, professional and made my visit a great experience. I didn't know what to expect, and I was very pleased when walking in and waiting. Christina who showed me to the exam room and took my Vitals was amazing. I happened into this location near Times Square (42nd and 9th Street I believe), desperately in need of a last minute Covid Antigen test after finding no locations anywhere for 1.5 hours with my 10-year old. Thankfully, we found this location and the staff were beyond helpful and kind! Shout out to Patricia at the front desk and the Manager at this location, (unfortunately I didn’t get his name). Everyone was seriously great and super helpful and friendly, they literally saved the day for us.
