Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

PA that took care of me did a marvelous job and so did the young lady that took the x-rays and so did the young lady at the front desk? I have no complaints. God bless them and they get a 20 from me.

Woke up with a cough, fever and general lethargy. Was able to get an appointment right away. I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. I have been to many urgent cares for myself and my children and LI Urgent is the best.

Thank you for everybody there that helped me immediately very helpful and very kind. So relieved I was taken care of quick.second time there and I will continue going there.

The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. They showed that they cared. They answered all questions rhat I had. They were all very friendly.

I had a stye that was becoming larger and more painful each day. I walked into AM/PM Urgent Care at 8PM and was pleasantly greeted immediately! Check-in was easy and wait time was about 10 minutes. The doctor promptly diagnosed the problem and recommended treatment to resolve. Great experience.
