The doctor who attended to me demonstrated an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

Just quite quick and not super thorough analysis of my symptoms and just threw antibiotics at it, when it had all the hallmarks of a viral infection. Didn’t seem to have deeply considered all the symptoms and what it could be (ex: bacterial infections don’t typically cause yo-yo fevers like the one that I have; those are much more common with viral infections, yet he still said I should take antibiotics). No shade on the PA, as he seemed nice enough, it’s just that he didn’t seem to really critically engage with the issue or give me much more than about 20 seconds of “throat red, take antibiotics” (even with a negative strep). The PA the other day was much more thoughtful; listen to heart, listen to lungs, look at ears… Overall, I really appreciate how clean and quick and organize the offices. It’s just this follow up visit did not inspire confidence in this PA or really add much value to my figuring out how to get better
