I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. I had a concern so I called my insurance co. and I was covered for this facility. It has only been a few days so my issue has not been totally resolved. I was seen fairly quickly and Medical staff was pleasant but reception could be more professional and friendlier.
