When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time? The staff was watching myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that 9 AM time arrived ! Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. I have been to many urgent cares for myself and my children and LI Urgent is the best.
