The doctor was excellent, very professional, she explained to me what I had, gave me information, and she answered all my questions. I’m very happy with the doctor‘s care. The entire experience was excellent and the kind of service that I am accustomed to receiving from summit health! I was able to make an appointment and reschedule! A young man checked us in and the young lady also working were both kind, friendly and patient. Leslie the nurse had a great disposition and made my son feel very comfortable. She had a great disposition and knowledgeable. Carly Zingon NP was very thorough and really took the tilme to gather information and understand my sons symptoms. And because the radiology dept. was closed she sent up to New Rochelle and made sure they were expecting us! The staff there were efficient and excellent as well, including the radiology dept. Before we arrived home Carly called us snd took the time to provide the results, guidance, support and advice!

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
