I brought my daughter in because she hurt her finger playing basketball. Our insurance card said we weren’t covered. After trying to reach the insurance company we left. I get a phone call saying they will see us regardless. I have never had anyone do something like that. It was unbelievable. Thank you NOEL, LOI, and DELORES for taking care of us. I have been to this west end urgent care I would say probably at least 10 times if not more!!!!they are the best!!from the moment you walk in they greet you with a smile and make the registration very easy just make sure you bring insurance cards.next which has never been a long wait for me you see p/stakes your complaint and history.then a few minutes later a Doctor comes in reviews info examines and every doctor I have had has spoken to me in terms I understood not some medical jargon!!!feel free to ask any questions all the doctors there p/a s and receptionists are the best.they even give u a printout of your diagnosis and tfeatment!!!SPECIAL THANKS TO THE HIGHLY Experienced Doctors!!WEST END CITY M.D.CIT
