I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. We had to go back for a follow up for my daughter on Easter Day, From the check in lady at front desk, to the floor manager and the dr on call, all were superb. Very friendly, professional and actually took time to listen and speak with us did not feel rushed, would def go back if / when needed
