Had an appointment with my primary care doctor and I was 15 minutes late. Because I made my appointment early in the morning and the appointment they gave me was late in the day at high traffic time and it’s at least a half hour away from my house and then I fell asleep because I hadn’t slept in a few days because I was so sick and they  informed me they couldn’t see me so I decided to go to urgent care. It was so easy. The Dr was so pleasant and so nice and my doctor is in a Capital health practice so so many times I don’t see that doctor. I see other doctors so I think I’m gonna continue to go to urgent care from now on. Thank you for pushing the easy button and making it so convenient when I was so sick I’ll appreciate you all great Team.

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
