I was very well taken care of! Once I got to the secretary, she took my information and about 5 minutes I was taken in. Once inside, the nurse took care of my vitals and made sure I was situated. Then the doctor came in and was very attentive to my health problems. Overall, I definitely refer this Urgent care facility to my family, friends and co-workers. Thank you for helping me!

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. Made the appointment...showed up and no one was there. Tried to call the local number but it was disconnected...there was no answer on the general number. Eventually a nurse showed up and explained that there were no physicians in the office....and the visit would be virtual...I was never told this when I made the appointment....this experience wasn't great. The Doctor was fine...did the exam with an iPad and the help of the nurse.

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.
