I was very pleased with the care I received. All staff members were kind and professional. The dr answered all my questions and suggested a treatment plan, including an antibiotic to prevent possible infection. The building was very clean and scheduling an appt online was easy. I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.
