I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. My experience was nothing but positive. The nurse who took care of me, and also helped me at the front desk, was very professional, patient, and kind. I was seen quickly by the doctor, who took his time and was also very patient. He answered all my questions and gave me input that other doctors had not. I definitely recommend going here.
