Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.

Went in feeling really sick and was seen and given meds in less than 20 minutes. No waiting  it was a wonderful experience and the staff and Dr. were very attentive and caring. Will definitely be going back.

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I definitely will go back the next time for either me or a family or friends.  Ty so much Nicole

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

Diagnosed and treated in a timely manner, Practitioner was thorough And medication prescribed and called in.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

Staff , nurse and Dr. Chan very professeional and competent. They were calm and empathetic. I would not hesitate to return there .
