Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. They showed that they cared. They answered all questions rhat I had. They were all very friendly.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

I had a wonderful experience. It’s not my first time being there the ladies are welcoming, as well fast pace, wonderful staff.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I have used this urgent care for myself and family numerous times and I am always extremely grateful for the excellent medical care we receive

I had to get my ear irrigated. The doctor was super helpful in getting this done for me. He is very nice and easy to talk to. The secretary is also very helpful and patient. I always have a good experience coming here and leave the office feeling better than when I came in.
