The front desk was busy, and the staff member who assisted me was not very welcoming. I was also charged a copay that I should not have owed. When I called back, Brittany said she would adjust the fee, but she was abrupt and ended the call while I was still speaking. Because of this experience, I am unlikely to return. However, the PA who treated me was attentive and worked well with me.

I mentioned that it hurt but she kept going. Yes, my ears got cleaned out in the end but it could have been a better experience.
