I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. I went to Statcare for rapid test on Monday as someone at work tested positive. I called my insurance before hand and I only had to pay my copay. I was in and out in 25 minutes. I had to wait outside. They called me and gave me my quick test results with in 15 minutes. I got my PCR results yesterday and was happy to hear as they had told me 3-5 days. The staff was friendly and professional and I highly recommend it.

My experience was nothing but positive. The nurse who took care of me, and also helped me at the front desk, was very professional, patient, and kind. I was seen quickly by the doctor, who took his time and was also very patient. He answered all my questions and gave me input that other doctors had not. I definitely recommend going here.
