Easy to check in online and make a appointment staff was friendly nurse was friendly doctor was helpful and polite and friendly only bad think they couldn't do the test I needed done and online it said nothing about if they could or couldn't do it I had to go in person to find out do the test I needed done the doctor on duty told me we're to go for the test and gave me paperwork of what had to be done

Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I’ve been coming to the same urgent care for years and they’re always a great help however, I was told that my information is not in the system so I had to fill out paperwork like I was brand new. I just hope that you guys didn’t get hacked.

Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .
