First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I definitely will go back the next time for either me or a family or friends.  Ty so much Nicole

Easy to get an appointment. Short waiting time to see doctor. She was confident and quick to identify my issue, how to care for it and what follow up was required. Will definitely return when necessary.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I always have no issues when I go to the Greenvale Northwell health doctor is very friendly knowledgeable and seem to help me every time

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Staff , nurse and Dr. Chan very professeional and competent. They were calm and empathetic. I would not hesitate to return there .

Was able to book a time slot on a Sunday. Not every place is open on a Sunday, but this place was! Quick and efficient service. Place is very clean. Only downfall is that there is a restroom in the waiting area for employees only. Would be nice to have it available for us patients!

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

I had a small accident and cut my finger.   I don’t know her name but the NP that took care of me was incredible.  She showed genuine concern and provided excellent care.   She is a perfect example of how everyone should conduct themselves with patients.  This makes a world of difference when someone is hurt or sick.  I will 100% continue to use this urgent care.   Thank you

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

I walked in without appointment for Urgent Care. Office staff, Brittany, was professional and helpful.  The other office person, a male, also professional. The PA examined me, asked questions, gave diagnoses , explanation, treatment plan . I thank you for a positive medical experience.

Injured myself last night.  Went to Live Urgent Care this morning.  As always quick and easy check in.  Welcoming front desk as always.  Clean rooms. Fantastic nurses and doctors.   Amazing care as always.  Always takes time to listen and explains things in detail.  Won’t go anywhere else.  Thank you LUC! I recommend you to anyone seeking treatment for all your knowledge and welcomeness and making me feel better.

The staff was terrific and so nice. This was our first time and were so impressed with the office, the nurse and doctor. If needed again we will certainly use them.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.
