The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy. We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive. There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful. Highly recommend this place.
