I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

I woke up today feeling terrible and decided to come to this urgent for the first time. The staff was amazing and friendly I would definitely go back. Well hopefully I don’t get sick but this will be the first place I go.

Took my father in with a red, very red eye. The staff were professional and very pleasant. The male doctor we saw had good bedside manners, explain things thoroughly. It was professional and very approachable. I had a wonderful experience compared to other urgent cares. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Great and friendly staff. Receptionist was a sweetheart. No waste of time.  I highly recommend this place.

Did not feel like I had healed well enough. Waiting to be tested to see if still had a  flu like infection. . Staff was very helpful and very caring. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Woke up feeling congested. The front desk, nurse and doctor were all great. In and out

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

Great service. Quick.  In and out in 30 minutes.  Trip to CVS took longer to get prescription.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.
