From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. Made the appointment...showed up and no one was there. Tried to call the local number but it was disconnected...there was no answer on the general number. Eventually a nurse showed up and explained that there were no physicians in the office....and the visit would be virtual...I was never told this when I made the appointment....this experience wasn't great. The Doctor was fine...did the exam with an iPad and the help of the nurse.
