Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

I walked in and the place was spotless Well tended and defined roles and responsibilities of each of the staff They were detailed and helpful in every step of my visit in the care and process of even my prescriptions Highly recommend

Had an infected eye. The Dr. was able to diagnose it and order eye drops and I was cured in 5 days. Great experience !

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Wonderful The front desk overworked but still excellent in everway.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

The entire staff from front desk to doctor were all excellent I gave you guys a A plus plus.  Thank you for your service and everything you guys do. You guys are Super hero’s is right!  Blessings. Absolutely I would recommend your facility!

Wanted to get checked before work the next day. Process was easy and waited less than 5 minutes. Very clean facility and staff was great!

After 2 days of having an extremely sore throat I decided to book an appointment which was super easy.  The entire staff was so sweet and caring.  Cannot recommend enough!

Woke up with itchy swollen watery eyes. Booked an appointment with same day availability. The receptionist nurse and doctor were all so friendly and attentive. I was in and out, problem resolved within a matter of minutes! Will definitely be my go to!

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.
