I was mostly happy besides that they took an 'overnight' throat culture of my daughter. It's 24 hours later and I still don't have results... Had i known it would take 2 days to get results from their overnight cultures I would have gone elsewhere. Please let your patients know that it may take 2 days to get results so they can make a decision if they'd like to go elsewhere.

I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. Sylwia and Roxanne are wonderful. These ladies are so nice and professional and really assisted my husband when he cut his hand and needed stitches recently. Roxanne made sure all paperwork was handle in a prompt manner and Sylwia was so patient in dealing with my husband's 10000 questions and concerns. The PA who treated him was very professional the stitches came out wonderful with minimal scarring. We would recommend the staff of Centers Urgent Care to everyone.
