I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. Excellent!!! The CitiMD had closed their wait line for the day, so I called Bellmore, who said to come right down. My husband had an allergic reaction and had a swollen tongue. They gave him a shot of steroids and told him to wait in the waiting area, then checked up on him about 20-25 minutes later and sure enough, the swelling had begun to go down. Thank you to PA Wong!!
