I was mostly happy besides that they took an 'overnight' throat culture of my daughter. It's 24 hours later and I still don't have results... Had i known it would take 2 days to get results from their overnight cultures I would have gone elsewhere. Please let your patients know that it may take 2 days to get results so they can make a decision if they'd like to go elsewhere.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

I made an appointment and was seen on time. The staff was friendly especially the person who tested me. This was my second time at Chai and both times were so easy’! I received my test results from the pace the very next day.
