I did not have an appointment. I walked in before 8 PM. They were very attending to me.  I was in pain and they made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t have to wait long before they took care of me, I would definitely recommend Spotswood urgent care

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed
