Schedule great.very clean took me in fast.staff great.care was great only problem the visits notes of results not published on site

I have suddenly swear pain in my left leg. I rush to Urgent care without any Appointment. After reaching there I was surprises with the supportive attitude of the care team. I received total within no time. That's really amazing experience for me. I am really thankful to Urgent care for all this.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I like how convenient and friendly each provider I’ve seen at this urgent care is. However I wish staff was significantly clearer about the medication they prescribe. I wish they spoke about dosing and how to take medications, and especially side effects. Sometimes I leave not understanding exactly what medication I’ve even been given. Twice now I’ve been prescribed meds with pretty serious side effects that the doctors didn’t alert me to. The providers ask a lot of good questions and have good bedside care but multiple times gloss over the end of the appointment when they tell me what they’re giving me, how I should take it, and how it might make me feel. With this last appointment I’m glad I went but I’m questioning going back or recommending this location after this last medication experience. I will advocate for myself and ask more questions in the future but I feel like a prescriber should properly inform their patients during the appointment.

Jock itch treatment went fast Thorough and very professional

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I definitely will go back the next time for either me or a family or friends.  Ty so much Nicole

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

I woke up today feeling terrible and decided to come to this urgent for the first time. The staff was amazing and friendly I would definitely go back. Well hopefully I don’t get sick but this will be the first place I go.

Woke up sick, went straight to urgent care! The Staff was friendly and courteous. The Doctor, I saw, took his time explaining everything to me. It was a great visit. I would recommend this Provider and Facility!
