My 92-year-old mother needed a chest x-ray, but had forgotten her cell phone, which is typically needed to register for an appointment. Kasey at the front desk was so patient logging my mother in manually and helped ensure that my mother got in and out of Convenient MD safely. She was very kind and attentive with everybody. My mother said that the x-ray technician was also very professional and helpful.

I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. AFC Saugus will be my top choice should I need medical assistance in the future.

Hello, I’m writing to express a concern regarding my recent visit to your urgent care. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience during the blood draw. The person who attempted to draw my blood had to stick me three separate times before successfully collecting the sample. The experience was painful and made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that sometimes blood draws can be difficult, but I did not feel confident or comfortable with the way the procedure was handled. I would appreciate it if this concern could be reviewed. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
