I had such a great experience today! No wait, everybody was so sweet and polite. Registration process went very smooth. My condition has been taken very seriously. Dr Alabi took time to talk to me. I was skeptical reading the reviews on whether or not to visit the office, but my experience has been a lot better than what I anticipated. The only downside is the waiting room time, but the care provided was better than the ones I experienced elsewhere. I am making Dr. Uba my PCP.

Was a walk in and the wait was a bit longer than I'm used to, but they got me in as quickly as possible. The front desk made me feel welcome and they girls were very friendly. I had to talk with the billing office regarding my insurance and they were very professional and courteous. Dr. Raval was very friendly and listened to what I had to say. After seeing him, I understand why others want to come to him. I wasn't rushed through my appointment and he was very thorough. I highly recommend and will be back.
