Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, and explained in detail what medication would be administered and the course of treatment that was required to resolve my medical issue. While I was initially hesitant to visit an urgent care facility - the location and "newness" of this office (plus, my need for quick answers) - prompted me to visit on 1/31/23. It was absolutely a pleasure. All staff members (Specifically, Dr. Dwaik and the triage nurse) were knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Since I often have a difficult time getting an appointment to see my longstanding family doctor due to short business hours and a packed schedule, I will gladly visit Family Urgent Care should the need arise.
