Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. That is the most inconvenient part. Please do something.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. This is the best urgent care I’m the world, Patricia the office manager makes me and my daughter feel loved and she really cares, the doctor kishma is the best doctor I’ve ever seen 🙌🏾 They are a great team, the other doctors there dont really know what they doing, so now I call and ask if kishma is there before I come! If kishma is off I just go to ft Washington hospital instead!
