Had to schedule an appointment for an infection. Scheduling online was very simple. The doctor and nurse were great and had great bedside manner. The only really off putting moment was the front desk girl was talking to someone on her air buds the entire time I was there, she was talking when I got there and was still talking after my appointment. She was not friendly and literally told me I had a copay and took my credit card and went back to talking.

I received excellent information about my condition from the doctor.

I accidentally sliced off the side of finger and they helped staunch the bleeding and reassured me that no further care was needed. Much better then going to the emergency room. Great and friendly care.

I scheduled online at 9am for a 930 appt. They took me right away. I was given a prescription for  antibiotics while I await the results of a culture.. I was in incredible pain and the nurse (Theresa) was empathetic and knowledgeable. I hope 🙏 I  have her name right.

I’m pleased with everything and everyone at the Vista location in Harrison shopping center. I’m grateful they are there.   I would have liked to be able to schedule by phone. They told me I had to do it online. Not bad, though.

Staff are very nice! Scheduling is very easy check in Very fast!

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

Had some balance issues and diminished hearing and it was because of wax buildup in my ear. The Cedar Hill urgent care removed the buildup and my balance is much better and they also gave me an RX for dizziness and balance, thank you Cedar Hill!

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.

I received 2 COVID test and everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and caring. I would recommend to anyone.

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.
