I have used urgent care in Northboro several times over the past two years . I am amazed at the professional level of care given. Each time I have gone I have been treated with the upmost respect. I went for a COVID test today, August 30. From the time I arrived until the actual test itself was approximately 1 hour. The staff was very nice and efficient. Ann did the actual testing and was so kind and compassionate. When she was done she actually said 'hope you feel better'. It may not seem like much, but to me it means a lot when someone actually cares. A few kind words go such a long way and really mean a great deal when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend this location and staff!

This was my first visit to the facility and my experience, beginning with the receptionist, then to the nurse/medical assistant, then to the doctor was completely positive. Everyone was friendly, flexible, and attentive. Test results and scans were done quickly as were the test results. The Urgent Care facility is located within the MGH/Brigham Medical Center in Danvers making it convenient to have onsite testing.
