I have used urgent care in Northboro several times over the past two years . I am amazed at the professional level of care given. Each time I have gone I have been treated with the upmost respect. Very professional, very clean, and I don't feel rushed. I feel like they listen to me and take their time with the diagnosis! Very kind from the front desk to the Doctor and Nurse Practitioner! If the waiting room is full and I ask how long a wait, they tell me it will be how ever long. Then I know what time frame I am dealing with and I don't mind. One Sat. morning was full and I ran an errand and came back, they called my name!! I prefer going here than to my primary care physician, which I never get to see anyway!
