My experience at Urgent Care at Harbor Medical was good. I was unable to get into my PCP, so went to Urgent Care. They were very nice, explained everything carefully and did all they could for me. They sent me to the ER to complete my testing.

From the front desk, right up through the Docs, everyone was caring, knowledgeable,friendly and professional. They made me feel like I mattered.

Very professional, very clean, and I don't feel rushed. I feel like they listen to me and take their time with the diagnosis! Very kind from the front desk to the Doctor and Nurse Practitioner! If the waiting room is full and I ask how long a wait, they tell me it will be how ever long. Then I know what time frame I am dealing with and I don't mind. One Sat. morning was full and I ran an errand and came back, they called my name!! I prefer going here than to my primary care physician, which I never get to see anyway!

Dr Jerry Lewis was great. He always put a smile on my face. He was very helpful with my diagnosis and explained everything throughly.

I met with a PA and Dr. Vafidis and couldn’t be happier with the level of care I received. The physicians and staff are extremely knowledgeable in their profession!
