Have been dealing with issues regarding an infected navel piercing and pushing back a doctors visit because I am always afraid of needing to go. Immediately greeted by such friendly and caring check-in staff. I have no insurance so they were able to help negotiate a price that worked for me. The nurse and doctor who saw me were so friendly and understanding of my fears and situation. They listened to everything I told them and offered me many solutions to my problems, even still understanding my lack of insurance and showing me where to find the cheapest options for prescriptions. All the staff made me feel cared for, as if they were friends of mine I’ve known for a long time. I was in and out in about an hour and am looking forward to my second visit. I would recommend this provider to everyone I know, especially anyone who is normally afraid of being in hospital settings or doctors.

I came in today to get my hand and wrist rechecked. The doctor who was looking into it today was highly disrespectful and gave me no service. He came into the room without even looking at my hand and wrist and said I was good to go. After telling him my pain was a 10/10 and that it felt like something in my hand was popping, he then still showed disrespect and treated me as if I was nothing.
