The service I requested was provided without any issues and I truly appreciate the efficiency of the entire process. The administrative lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful, which made the check in process, smooth and pleasant. Additionally, the nurse who administrated the vaccines was very professional and made me feel at easy. Thank you for providing such excellent service. The front staff and medical assistant were very nice. They always have a short wait time which is a plus. However the physician I had was clearly in a rush and not really interested in listening to me concerns. She also called in my prescription under the wrong name and it took over an hour to sort it out at the pharmacy.

Didn’t have an appointment. We walked in. Typical paperwork in any US medical facility. Took longer than usual to get us us in because there was a change of staff going on. Took a bit longer than expected for the doctor to see us. But she was phenomenal!  Went out of her way to work on getting us an appointment with a specialist. I would definitely go here again is needed. Facility was very clean and awesome. Staff is very friendly and communicative.

Woke with urinary pain in the night.  Got right in to see Erin and she took care of my needs.  This is a very caring and special environment.
